Nasal Spray

A nasal sprayer, often referred to as a nasal spray pump, is a pharmaceutical dispensing device used to deliver medication in mist form into the nostrils. It is commonly attached to a specific type of container called a nasal spray bottle. When the pump is pressed with a fingertip, it releases the medical solution from the bottle as a fine mist.

Pharmex manufactures nasal sprayers using only materials that comply with FDA standards, ensuring safety by excluding any POM or rubber components. Our nasal sprayer is a plastic packaging tool featuring a non-electric pump mechanism. The heart of our nasal sprayer is a plastic valve or pump that operates through purely physical pressing. The dosage dispensed is controlled by the design of this valve or pump. A nasal actuator is then assembled onto the valve or pump to complete the nasal sprayer, ensuring precise and safe delivery of medication.

Another distinctive aspect of the Pharmex nasal sprayer is that mist is released by pressing the valve or pump. Throughout the spraying process, the internal pressure builds within the valve or pump instead of the bottle. Consequently, the AX nasal sprayer functions without the need to squeeze the bottle and does not utilize aerosol technology.
